Step 1: Select a Date and Time

  • Choose a suitable date and time for your booking from the available options.
  • Click on the calendar to view the available dates and select the one that works best for you.

Step 2: Provide Details

  • Fill out the form with your information. Please include the location, contact person, email address, phone number, and any other relevant information.
  • Let us know the estimated number of students/participants who will be in attendance. Please note the attendee cap for each session.

Step 3: Customize Your Visit

  • Specify any special requests, requirements, or topics you'd like us to cover during the visit. We want to tailor the experience to your needs, so please provide us with as much detail as possible.
  • Be sure to visit the lokalit.shop to purchase cute souvenirs and handouts for your class!

Step 4: Submit Your Booking

  • Once you've completed the form, click the "Submit" button to send your booking request.
  • Our team will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the visit and discuss any additional details.

Note:

  • Visits are subject to availability, so we encourage you to schedule a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
  • In case of any changes or cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs and offer the slot to other schools if necessary.
